Log an Agent off

1. Click the Menu  button and then select Monitor Agents.
2. Select the agent’s parent agent group. This displays the group’s logged on agents.
3. Click the agent who you want to log off.

4. Click the  button to log the agent out.

Note: if the agent is currently handing a contact, they will be logged off as soon as they finish handling the contact.
