Assign Agent Group Skills

You can enter a skill level value (an arbitrary value between 0 and 99) for the agent's group skill categories.

  1. Click the Menu MenuButton.png button and then select Settings.
  2. Click Manage Agents.
  3. Select the agent to manage from the drop-down list.

Note: you can only edit agents in the agent groups that are assigned to you.

  1. Click Agent Properties.
  2. Click Agent Group Skills.
  3. Enter a value against the required skill categories.

  1. Click the Save button.

Note: only numerical values are supported for agent skills.
