Contact Matching

For each interaction, DTA searches your Salesforce contacts for a match based on the following criteria:

Caller's CLI

Dialler call

The DDI

SMS

Contact's CLI

Email

Email address

Web chat

Contact name

 

  1. Click on a contact name to open the contact's Salesforce record, or click Add Contact to create a new record.

  1. If no contact match is found, create a new contact, if required.
