Video Calls

The controls and features for making and receiving video calls from within DTA Web iPath are described below.

Note: for a two-way video conference to be established, both the caller and recipient must be video-enabled.

Icon/Button

Description

Click to make an outbound voice call or to answer an incoming call in voice only mode.

Click to make an outbound video call or to answer an incoming video call.

Video is enabled, click to disable during a call.

Video is disabled, click to enable during a call.

Delete numbers entered into the keypad.

The microphone is enabled, click to mute.

The microphone is muted, click to enable.

Click to display the volume slider, and then adjust the call volume.

Click to open or close the keypad during a call.

Click to hang up during the call.

Click to reject an incoming call.

Click to start sharing your screen during a video call.

Click to stop sharing your screen during a video call.
